فائزه خانوم جون سلام🌸 میشه درمورد کمال گرایی به خصوص توی درس خوندن یه توضیحاتی بدین؟ من اینجوریم که مدام حس اینکه مثلا از این کتاب درس های قبلیش که قبلا خوندم(حتی مثلا یه هفته پیش) یادم نیست مثل موریانه مغزمو میخوره و حس منفی میگیرم! ۱. آیا طبیعیه این یادت نبودنه به طور کامل؟ ۲.راه حل این افکار چیه؟ میشه مثال بزنی واسم. تشکررر✨
